This video is by Tom Hunter, he passed away a few years ago and a dear friend of mine knew him well and shared this touching video that helps me to remember when working with young children our goal is to form that relationship and "know them full well"

I want to thank all of my classmates for enriching my learning and letting me get to know them better and hoping to continue on with them in other classes.  Thanks for being my 'teacher'.

    Hello Brenda,
    I really enjoyed the video by Tom Hunter, I will totally agree with you as educator we have to make sure when working with young children our goal is to form that relationship and "know them full well" this is very vital and I feel sometimes teacher forget how their influence can influence other children on a daily basis. We have to make sure that we are being the example when helping children.

    Although we were not in the same group this time around, I still feel I was able to learn from you. You are an amazing person with a passion for children and it shows in all you do each day.     Thank you so much for sharing this video! I also agree that we need to make positive relationships with children and this video explains it so well.
